Purchases

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to product or service availability, error(s) in your order, or for any other reason.

We have the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected. If fraud or an unauthorised or illegal transaction is suspected, we have the right to contact the relevant authorities to report the above actions and to provide your information.

Refunds

If a product or service has a refund policy, you may receive a refund only within 7 days of your purchase based on the reason that you realise this training was not right for you. Restrictions do apply and refunds are discretionary.

If a product or service has a refund policy and you consume more than 25% of the training content you purchased, we reserve the right to deny your request for a refund.

By agreeing to these terms at checkout, you agree and understand you are not guaranteed a refund after 7 days if you consume more than 25% of the training content you purchased.

We do not issue refunds for live Workshops, Group Coaching, or FIT for Practice Program Coaching.

Availability, Errors, and Inaccuracies

We assume no liability for availability, errors, or inaccuracies in the information provided on this Website. We may experience delays in updating information on the Website and in our advertising on other websites. The information, products, and services found on the Website may contain errors or inaccuracies or may not be complete or current.
